We currently deliver to select locations in and around Kochi and Ernakulam. Please contact us before placing an order to confirm delivery availability to your area.

   •    We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

   •    Final charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order Preparation Time
   •    All cakes are made fresh to order. We require 4 to 24 hours of notice depending on the design and complexity.
   •    Custom or premium cakes may require longer lead times.

5. Delivery Responsibility
   •    Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order.
   •    If the recipient is unavailable, we will try to contact you. Re-delivery (if possible) may incur additional charges.
   •    Once delivered, we are not responsible for damages caused due to mishandling, improper storage, or delays in consumption.
